Rebecca Coffee is a partner at Mastantuono and Coffee, SC, in Milwaukee, where she practices criminal defense in state, federal, and municipal courts throughout Wisconsin. She has been included in the Rising Stars category in the Wisconsin Super Lawyers publication each year from 2008-2012, and in the Super Lawyer category in 2014 and 2015. Attorney Coffee was selected to the Wisconsin Law Journal's 2015 Women in the Law as a leader in the criminal defense bar. She is the immediate past-chair and current member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association Criminal Law Section, is a Board member of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Eastern District of Wisconsin Bar Association. Additionally, Ms. Coffee holds memberships with the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers. Ms. Coffee received her law degree in 2002 from Marquette University Law School. Prior to joining Mastantuono & Coffee in 2004, Ms. Coffee was a staff attorney with the American Bar Association Death Penalty Representation Project in Washington, D.C., providing support and resources for capital defenders handling death penalty cases.
