Christopher R. Bandt is a partner in the Manitowoc office of Nash, Spindler, Grimstad & McCracken, LLP.  He has been with the firm since 1996.  Mr. Bandt received his B.B.A. in Marketing and Management from University of Wisconsin in 1992 (with Honors).  He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1996.  Mr. Bandt’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation with a concentration on insurance defense.  He has tried cases and represents clients throughout the State of Wisconsin.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.  He has served on the faculty for the University of Wisconsin Law School Lawyering Skills course.  He is a board member for Wisconsin Defense Counsel currently serving on the Civil Jury Instruction Committee and Website/Webinar Committee.  He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys.  He has previously presented before the State Bar and routinely provides presentations to clients and peer groups.  He has also recently started providing mediation services.

William R. Wick is a defense lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice and general personal injury litigation.  He received his B.S. in 1970 from Carroll College, his M.P.A. in 1972 from the University of Southern California, and his J.D. in 1974 from Marquette University Law School.  Mr. Wick was certified by the American Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Specialist.  He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and a past chair of the Litigation Section.  He.  He has also been President of the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin now known as the Wisconsin Defense Counsel.  Mr. Wick is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member.  He has also been President of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).  He has also been selected to be included in Best Lawyers in America for the last ten years.  Mr. Wick is a frequent lecturer on topics involving civil litigation.


Michael Fitzpatrick Related Seminars and Products

Rock County Court Judge


Elected twice as a Judge in Rock County, Judge Michael Fitzpatrick presides over civil, family and criminal cases. He has also served on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals by special assignment through the Judicial Exchange Program. Judge Fitzpatrick has been elected by Wisconsin’s Judges to the Wisconsin Judicial Council, the Wisconsin Civil Jury Instruction Committee, and the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Trial Judges Association. Judge Fitzpatrick serves on the faculty for the Wisconsin Judicial College. He frequently conducts seminars for Judges and attorneys including three-day workshops on evidence for Judges. Judge Fitzpatrick was also recently appointed the Deputy Chief Judge of Dane, Rock, Green, and Lafayette Counties.

 

Prior to taking the Bench, Judge Fitzpatrick was a partner at the Brennan, Steil & Basting Law Firm where he chaired the Litigation Practice Group and handled intellectual property disputes, insurance coverage litigation, and product liability cases in federal and state courts throughout Wisconsin and the United States. While in private practice, Michael Fitzpatrick earned the highest possible rating for legal acumen and ethics from the legal rating service Martindale-Hubbell and was three times named one of Wisconsin’s Super Lawyers in business litigation by Milwaukee Magazine in the years before he took the Bench. Judge Fitzpatrick has also served two terms on the Wisconsin State Bar Committee on Professional Ethics, was President of the federal court bar association for this area of Wisconsin, has served as President of the Rock County Bar Association, and served on the Janesville Police and Fire Commission.

Attorney Coffee was selected to the Wisconsin Law Journal's 2015 Women in the Law as a leader in the criminal defense bar.
