With more than 40 years of IT experience, Michael Eichacker jokingly admits he knows a thing or two about computers.  Aside from laptops or tablets, he’s built every computer he’s personally owned.  IT isn’t just his career, it’s been a lifelong passion and hobby.  When he worked in computer sales, clients told him his strength was translating tech speak into something they could understand.  In addition to the traditional IT responsibilities at Ruder Ware, Eichacker monitors legal industry technology trends. His efforts ensure the firm is taking advantage of technological efficiencies and adopting new software.  Security has long been a focus and he invests a considerable amount of time in the ongoing education of attorneys and employees.
