Aaron Frederickson is the founder of and attorney at MSP Compliance Solutions, LLC, which is based out of Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. He has over two decades of legal practice experience in workers’ compensation, personal injury, Medicare/Medicaid compliance, and alternative dispute resolution. His work includes countless coordination of benefits cases involving these issues, as well as serving as a mediator to create practical settlement solutions in complex matters. Aaron is also a nationally recognized speaker who has spoken at countless claims management and continuing legal education courses.

He has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota since 2002 and in Wisconsin starting in 2008. His passions include assisting low-income persons via pro bono legal representation and operating Project Irie!, a foundation geared toward promoting education, community involvement, and personal responsibility in Jamaica and beyond. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Cloud State University and a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN.
