Description

An honest assessment

Drive-thru document signing or work-from-home policies may have been implemented as short-term solutions to keep matters moving along during the pandemic, but many of these changes are likely to stick around for the long haul.

Adapting to the Pandemic: Practice Changes will highlight how two Wisconsin firms have adjusted their day-to-day operations in response to COVID-19. Terry L. Campbell of Moertl, Wilkins & Campbell, S.C. and Margaret Wrenn Hickey of Becker, Hickey & Poster, S.C. will share challenges that popped up, inefficiencies they discovered, and solutions they implemented along the way.

They’ll discuss:

  • Document signing with COVID-safety precautions
  • Technology considerations for changing work environments
  • Security and confidentiality concerns, especially when working remotely
  • Tips for virtual court appearances, depositions, and mediations
  • Ways to manage a hybrid law office so that you keep staff safe and clients happy

Benefit from an insightful discussion on the future of law practice with Adapting to the Pandemic: Practice Changes.
